Should I tip the movers?
Gratuity is never required nor expected but is most certainly welcomed and appreciated by our hardworking movers! The tipping amount is completely up to you, on average clients have tipped $25-$50 per mover for smaller moves & $50-$100 per mover for larger moves! Deciding to tip is a completely personal choice & entirely up to you!

What is your rescheduling and cancelation policy?
As mentioned by our reps during the booking call, all of our deposits are completely refundable if requests are made 5 days in advance! We are open to rescheduling all moves but it is subject to our availability! Should you need some adjustments to your booking please give us a call and we will do everything in our power to accommodate!
