From the time I asked for the free quote to when the movers went out the door I was extremely impressed with Apex. There were some special circumstances related to move. After requesting the free quote I had started an email to give a few more details, but I had only typed a sentence or two before the owner called me. We talked about the move and he gave me a realistic quote range (which was accurate when we wrapped up). The deposit was extremely fair and he answered all of my questions. They have an online tool you fill out so they can have an accurate idea of space you need (which helps determine the size of truck you need). I had a team of three who were on time, communicated well, were polite and courteous, and handled my stuff with care. A few pieces of furniture had to be dismantled. They looked after it (and kept all the screws and bolts) for when they were reassembled at the new location. They worked hard and used their time efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. This was the first of three moves. I will definitely be going back to Apex for the other two.
