Absolutely outstanding moving experience. They arrived 15 minutes early to lay down mats and get everything set up before the actual move even began, which immediately showed professionalism and respect for the property. Once they started, they were efficient, effective, and incredibly strong. I had a steep set of stairs they had to navigate repeatedly, and they handled it with grace.
What stood out most was their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. As a single 120 lb woman, they insisted on building my bed for me even though I kept humming about whether I should build it myself. When they asked how long it would have taken me to do it myself… they definitely proved their point.
Hardworking, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Chivalry isn’t dead. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers who care, take pride in their work and enjoy helping people who otherwise cannot physically do what they do.

What comes with the Moving Truck?
40 Moving Blankets, 2 Box Dollys, 2 Carpeted four-wheelers, Plastic Stretch Wrap, 8 rubber runners for floor protection, movers tape & all the necessary tools for your move!

Is Apex Moving YYC insured?
Absolutely! Included in our hourly rate is $50,000 Cargo insurance & up to $2 million coverage for property damage!

Should I tip the movers?
Gratuity is never required nor expected but is most certainly welcomed and appreciated by our hardworking movers! The tipping amount is completely up to you, on average clients have tipped $25-$50 per mover for smaller moves & $50-$100 per mover for larger moves! Deciding to tip is a completely personal choice & entirely up to you!

What is your rescheduling and cancelation policy?
As mentioned by our reps during the booking call, all of our deposits are completely refundable if requests are made 5 days in advance! We are open to rescheduling all moves but it is subject to our availability! Should you need some adjustments to your booking please give us a call and we will do everything in our power to accommodate!

Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Cheques, E-Transfer & Credit Card for payment.

Do you charge by the hour?
For all local moves we charge hourly! There is no travel, gas, or any other hidden truck fees!
